Dr. Moshe Maharizi – CEO and Founder Moshe brings 24 years of R&D experience  in both Academia and Industry, specializing in thin films, Nano-technology and electro-optic materials.  Moshe worked for 8 years at Sinergy Ltd as R&D Project Manager in charge of building, running, developing systems, and characterization of Epitaxial layers, superconductivity, thin film growth and applications.
Moshe holds a B.Sc. in Materials Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University, a M.Sc in Material Sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Ph.D in Department of Electrical Engineering-Physical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Moshe holds several patents and authored numerous published academic and conference papers. 

 Dr. Adrian Bianu - Vice President for Strategic Resources of Israel Electrical Corporation (IEC) and Board Member of Burning Solar Ltd.

Dr. Bianu holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. He joined IEC in 1978 and also served as a staff member of the Faculty of Engineering at the Technion until 1993. Dr. Bianu is an expert in the area of electrical systems, with broad experience in power systems, electricity generation, decision making in uncertainty conditions and management of both R&D and strategic projects.Dr. Bianu has served on the management of IEC since 1996, initially as Director of the R&D Division and from 2003 as Senior Vice President for Strategic Resources. 

Joseph (Yossi) Kantor - Board Member and VP for Business Development 

  Yossi has broad international managerial experience in Telecommunications, Internet and Value-Added services at  AT&T Inc. Yossi served for 10 years as Regional Director for Europe with broad financial, business and technical responsibilities. Previously, Yossi was Managing Director of “Goldnet Ltd”., a company specializing in telecommunication, Internet access, computerized value-added services, and access to databases and information services. Yossi is a Member of the Board of Directors in several public companies.
Yossi holds a BSc. Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

 Paula Goldschmidt - Board Member and VP Operation and Enginering

 Paula brings 24 years experince in the Microelectronics product and Market from Intel Company in technical and managerial positions. Durning 9 years was Director of Business Development in Intel Corporation and manage an Industrial Collaborations Program for the Development of next generation technologies tools, materials, and services in Israel and Europe region. This program reported to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Labor and created sales of jointly developed products of more than $2B durnig the last 7 yars of opration. Paula earned her B.Sc in Chemistry, Physics and Business Management Diploma from the Hebrew University.
